As HEA wraps up another year of service, we can all be proud that we are making a difference in the lives of so many in our community, thanks to the generosity of special donors and all our members who share our commitment to enhancing education across our islands.

In this issue of our newsletter, you’ll see that we are continuing to invest in the careers of those pursuing education, whether they are high school students, undergraduate and graduate students in college, doctoral candidates, and those who are already immersed in teaching in their schools and want to continually deliver a better educational experience for their students.

At a time when affordability is even more important for all of us in Hawai‘i, and making ends meet weighs on many families, every dollar means so much for those who are teaching our students. Scholarships and grants go a long way toward making Hawai‘i a better place and preparing the next generation of educators.
