Thank you to those who joined us for this Educator Connection event, Sparking Our Passion! We hope you found fellowship and inspiration in this first-ever virtual talk story forum presented by the Hawaii Education Association. The pandemic has disrupted our classrooms but also created opportunities for ideas and innovation. Mahalo to our guest speakers, moderator, and attendees for a robust discussion on navigating and adjusting to the new teaching environment.

Engagement With Other Educators

After the key presentations, the webinar transformed into interactive “hallway chats” where participants asked questions, provided feedback and exchanged ideas. This peer learning and networking event was open to all Hawaii educators, administrators, teaching assistants, student teachers and anyone interested in a career in education.
