In-Service Public School Educators Scholarship
Scholarship Requirements and Procedures
Two scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each are awarded to support study or training for tenured Certificated Staff and/or permanent EAs who are Hawaii State Department of Education (Hawaii DOE) educators in good standing and who are HEA members. The scholarship is intended to assist in-State Public School pre-K – 12 teachers, school administrators, and educational assistants who plan to continue their post-graduate education.
Preference is given to candidates who are completing a State Approved Program leading to teacher licensing, school administrator certification, or Hawaii DOE ParaPro minimum qualifications.
